This tut is assuming you paid attention to the first part and practiced, played around, and studied. I go over everything but the most obvious steps here. Of course this is just how I do it, others might do it better or a different way.

Well.. That's a really interesting way to do it.. I don't think I could do it that way though..doing those fashion flasts that is.. I'm so used to doing it.. literally "by the book". I've never even heard of them... I'm so used to using 9 heads for everything.. no ones ever asked me for flats when I turn designs in... and I learned straight from a book .. an old one falling apart... not fashion school or anything.. but I can see how it's dumb to teach everyone backwards like that.. the 9 heads would be for the high end of fashion with the really uber tall models and the ability to do outrageous proportions and exagerations.. I've noticed issues with having to draw and redraw the illustrations for what I want an outfit to look like because I force myself to use 9 heads and often the body looks abnormally long. The average person doesn't ever buy anything from high end fashion so it's sort of strange they wouldn't start with the basic average figuire first and then work up to 9 heads that is useful in high end fashion.. since it's really really difficult to get into that it's so competitive. Now I'm curious as to why they always try to start anyone doing anything in fashion or costuming with that figuire because your way makes alot more sense after taking a look through this tutorial.
I have no idea. I drew the 9 heads figure easily because I have had lessons in anatomy before and knew it rather well, but after I learned the principle behind it and that everyone was being forced to draw like Nancy Riegleman, I switched to a 7 to 8 heads figure. This pissed off my instructors royally. oh well.

Hmmmm.. Now My curiousity is peaked... I was hoping you knew what the purpose was behind it... Now I think I'm gonna go look it up.. .It'll be interesting to see if there is some sort of "reasoning" behind it, or it really is just that.. that it started becoming tradition or just what was "accepted". hmmmmmm...
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

I'm not pompous. I'm pedantic. There's a difference. Let me explain it to you.
